The 2014 Spring Festival draws near and our workforce eagerly awaits reuniting with family. It is very hard, however, to buy tickets home for this holiday. To solve the problem, Powerway has organized to book group train tickets for staff since the middle of Dec 2013.
What’s more, it is currently more difficult to buy the train tickets from Ningbo to Fuyang, Luoyang as well as Guiyang due to the Ningbo east railway station renovation, and train tickets cannot be booked online. Powerway has sent staff to queue up more than 6 hours at the railway station or had agent offices buy tickets in the bitter cold, getting 41 tickets in total. Powerway also specially sent people to Hangzhou to buy train tickets all over the country, bought 148 tickets online, and had good communication with employees - letting them know the origin and terminal station of all 148 tickets, helping them make confirmation before booking, and trying best to avoid the situation of buying wrong ticket, needing to change tickets, etc. Finally, achieving the goal to help a large swath of Powerway staff to return home for the Spring Festival was thereby achieved.
